Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy: Optimize our company careers page and job listings to rank high on Google for keywords like 'Technical Recruiter', 'SEO Specialist', and 'Hiring Now New York'.
- Recruitment Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and ATS platforms.
- Content Creation: Write compelling job descriptions and blog posts that attract passive candidates and improve SEO metrics.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Apex Digital Solutions at local tech meetups and networking events in NYC.
- Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both recruitment funnels and SEO traffic using Google Analytics.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Recruiting and SEO/Content Marketing.
