Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews for technical and general roles during evening hours.
- Coordinate and manage walk-in interviews for qualified candidates arriving on-site.
- Post job descriptions on niche boards and social media to attract local talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and feedback.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively during the Night Shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS software (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site coordination).
