Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates for software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity roles
- Conduct weekend interviews via video calls and in-person walk-ins
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS platform
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Develop recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Build relationships with passive candidates through LinkedIn and industry events
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with Boston tech companies
- Expertise in sourcing software engineers and data professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Boston's tech ecosystem and talent pools
- Ability to conduct high-volume weekend interviews
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
