Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and market mapping to identify qualified candidates in the tech sector.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future openings to ensure rapid response times.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment strategies.
- Conduct local market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical or general recruiting.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting strict deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to attend local networking events and job fairs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
