Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting processes for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Optimize the company career portal and LinkedIn presence to improve SEO rankings and drive candidate traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-value recruitment keywords.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and salary benchmarks.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO data to identify trends and optimize sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking and social media engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
