Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and headhunting of qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate face-to-face (walk-in) interviews for hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
- Assist in the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to offer extension.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
