Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and pipeline reporting.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for open positions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (DevOps, Frontend, Backend, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
