Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for positions ranging from Junior Developers to Senior Architects.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and professional networks, to identify passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and candidate feedback loops with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand presence in the Milwaukee area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical job roles.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
