- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage, and screen top-tier technical candidates for a variety of roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from writing compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining a professional, positive relationship throughout the hiring journey.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies to optimize our hiring strategies.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong ability to use Boolean search techniques and social media platforms to find passive candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
