Responsibilities
- Architect Future Tech Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and neural network systems aligned with the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Strategic R&D: Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced Robotics) with high commercial viability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate visionary concepts into scalable product roadmaps.
- Patent & IP Development: Drive the creation of intellectual property by documenting novel algorithms and architectural patterns.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within a high-tech environment.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI is required.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
