Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier software engineering candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill roles including ML Engineers, Cloud Architects, and Senior Full-Stack Developers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring funnel efficiency
- Maintain accurate talent pipeline and ATS records while ensuring compliance with EEO regulations
- Represent InnovateTech at tech meetups and industry conferences to build employer brand
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with 5+ years technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level software engineers in competitive markets
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, Cloud, DevOps) and modern hiring tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to inform strategy
- Strong network of Bay Area tech professionals and active participation in tech communities
- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives and inclusive hiring practices
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while maintaining high candidate experience standards
