Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling, logistics, and feedback collection.
- Coordinate offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong understanding of the Austin, TX tech market and network.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for relationship building.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
