Responsibilities
- Conduct active and passive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers for technical roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and refine job specifications.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical roles (Software, Engineering, IT, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently.
