Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring a cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reporting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
