Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and IT roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and social platforms for talent acquisition
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and company diversity initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT/software sectors
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche forums
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, etc.) and cloud platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Certified in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Ability to start within 48 hours of offer acceptance
- Local Wichita residency preferred for immediate onboarding
