Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in the tech market.
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build accurate candidate personas.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including Boolean search, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in technical recruiting (Software Engineering, Data Science, or IT).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring metrics and quotas.
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and modern tech stacks (React, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to recruiting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
