Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from defining requirements to extending offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify top talent.
- Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure continuous hiring.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical needs and company culture.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional networks.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical domains.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
