Responsibilities

- Execute strategic sourcing across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche developer communities
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with engineering leads on assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows with 95% compliance accuracy
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages aligned with market benchmarks
- Develop weekly payroll processes ensuring bi-weekly contractor payments
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize talent pipeline conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or fintech focus
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-grade ATS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to close 15+ technical roles monthly
- Strong understanding of full-stack, DevOps, and cloud engineering roles
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
