Responsibilities
- Source and screen technical candidates (Software Engineering, IT, Data) for weekend interviews.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including phone screens and coordinating on-site interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and nurture talent pipelines through networking and social media outreach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Deep understanding of the IT and Software Development landscape.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting placement goals.
