Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source, screen, and select top technical talent across engineering, data science, and product management.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from defining job requirements and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking, social media, and direct outreach.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand technical requirements and culture fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate progress and optimize recruitment workflows.
- Attend industry networking events and tech conferences to expand our talent network.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the software engineering or IT sector.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Deep understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and relevant technical stacks (e.g., Python, Java, React, Cloud).
- Expert proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
