Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume phone screens and technical interviews for Engineering and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.) to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate personas.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of salary trends and talent availability.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
