Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume phone screens and technical interviews for Engineering and IT roles.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.) to identify passive candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating interviews, and extending offers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and candidate personas.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
