This is a full-time opportunity for a results-oriented professional to drive our talent acquisition strategy.
The Role: In this position, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, ensuring we attract and hire the best engineering, data, and product talent available. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build a robust pipeline of candidates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates using various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct technical phone screens, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating the offer process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates to build a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reporting to management.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and communication.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical job functions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site interviews.
