Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates using various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes, conduct technical phone screens, and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating the offer process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates to build a high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate data and communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical job functions.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
