Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks to identify passive candidates with specialized technical skills.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise leadership on compensation strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with department leaders to define hiring needs, create compelling job descriptions, and build strong employer branding.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within IT, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday; experience with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
