Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, QA, Product Management).
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, including negotiation of compensation packages and background verification coordination.
- Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the San Jose tech market to ensure competitive positioning and accurate salary benchmarking.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse/Workday).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the Technology sector (SaaS, FinTech, or Healthcare tech preferred).
- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in advanced Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Puzzel, Gem).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our San Jose, CA office or hybrid model.
