In this position, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source candidates through various channels, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Engineering, IT, and Cybersecurity roles.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive technical talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or HR.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and close offers.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales-driven environment.
- Willingness to work full-time hours on-site in Columbus, OH.
