Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for engineering, product, and data science roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to identify passive candidates in the Oakland and broader US market.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from building talent pipelines and screening to conducting technical interviews and negotiating offers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and pipeline data to optimize sourcing channels and improve hiring efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and universities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the software development or product management space.
- Proven success in closing hard-to-fill roles and managing complex candidate pipelines.
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, including full-stack development, DevOps, and data engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring goals.
