Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on compensation trends and talent availability in the SF Bay Area.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skill sets.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- BS/BA degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
