Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening technical talent (Software Engineers, DevOps, QA) for immediate placement.
- Conducting high-volume walk-in interviews and resume reviews.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements.
- Utilizing various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle efficiently.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or HR.
- Demonstrated success in filling high-volume roles.
- Experience conducting successful walk-in interviews is a major plus.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be available for on-site interviews.
