Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, niche communities) to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define role requirements and develop talent pipelines
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication and seamless interview coordination
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve conversion rates and reduce time-to-hire
- Champion diversity initiatives to build inclusive technical teams
- Manage ATS workflows and ensure compliance with hiring regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven success in closing mid-to-senior level tech roles
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Deep understanding of technical skill assessments and interview methodologies
- Strong network within Minneapolis tech community and startup ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical requirements
- Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment funnel optimization
