Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to source, screen, and hire top engineering and technical talent.
- Manage the entire candidate pipeline using modern sourcing techniques and professional networks.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build effective recruiting plans.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates within the tech industry.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven success in filling high-volume or specialized technical roles.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
