Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for critical technical roles, from job mapping to offer acceptance.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates in the SF Bay Area and beyond.
- Collaborate closely with engineering managers to define hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews, providing constructive feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the software industry.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill engineering roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps).
- Deep knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stack requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
