As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering and product teams. You will not just fill seats; you will build relationships and create a lasting impact on our company culture.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, and product roles using advanced sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking, LinkedIn, and attending industry events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Screen candidates, conduct technical and behavioral interviews, and make data-driven hiring recommendations.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial application to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology sector.
- Deep understanding of technical roles (React, Node.js, Python, AWS, etc.) and the ability to speak the language of developers.
- Proficiency in using Boolean search strings and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or GitHub.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
