Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for specialized technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social networking (LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Manage the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, from screening and interviewing to negotiating offers.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates in the Boston and NYC tech ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles within the IT and Engineering sectors.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong network of contacts within the Boston and New York tech communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
