Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for complex, futuristic technical roles including AI Engineering and Quantum Computing.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and proprietary ATS platforms to source passive candidates from niche tech communities.
- Design and execute employer branding campaigns that resonate with the next generation of tech talent.
- Conduct technical screeners and behavioral interviews to identify top-tier candidates for the 2026 pipeline.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define competency models for emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior recruiters and drive team KPIs regarding time-to-fill and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within high-growth tech environments.
- Proven expertise in sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill roles in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Future Systems.
- Deep understanding of the US tech market and the ability to navigate complex visa sponsorship processes.
- Excellent proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools (Hired, Blind, GitHub).
- Strong network of relationships within the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into compelling value propositions.
