- Design and execute end-to-end technical recruitment strategies for AI/ML, cybersecurity, and quantum computing roles
- Leverage predictive analytics and AI sourcing tools to identify passive talent in emerging tech domains
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define future skill requirements and competency frameworks
- Develop immersive virtual candidate experiences through metaverse-interviewing platforms
- Build and nurture strategic talent pipelines for 2026's projected tech workforce gaps
- Lead employer branding initiatives targeting Gen Z and Alpha talent cohorts
- Implement bias-free hiring protocols using advanced DEI analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters in next-gen recruitment technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or cybersecurity specialization
- Proven expertise in AI sourcing tools (SeekOut, HireEZ) and virtual interviewing platforms
- Certification in Future Workforce Planning or Talent Analytics preferred
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape trends and skill evolution
