Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for emerging tech roles (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Sustainable Tech)
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach and employer branding
- Analyze talent market trends using data analytics to inform recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate evaluation frameworks
- Optimize the candidate journey using AI-powered ATS tools and automation
- Drive diversity initiatives to build inclusive teams across all technical domains
- Lead recruitment process improvements using predictive analytics and A/B testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech/startup environments
- Proven expertise in sourcing AI/ML, quantum computing, or green tech talent
- Advanced proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools
- Data-driven recruitment approach with experience in conversion metrics analysis
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends and future skill requirements
- Certification in recruitment analytics or talent acquisition strategy preferred
- Experience building diverse technical pipelines through targeted outreach
