Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and niche tech boards.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build robust talent pipelines.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage, ensuring timely communication.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruiting processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
