Your Mission
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying top talent to closing offers. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our client's engineering and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing) for software engineering, product management, and data science roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social media networking, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define candidate personas.
- Manage the candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and a streamlined interview process.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously optimize sourcing techniques to improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within the software industry.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates and closing high-ticket offers.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and technical stacks (JavaScript, Python, React, AWS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
