Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for specialized technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social networking to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth technical screening interviews and behavioral assessments.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and salary bands.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to meet future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume and hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical terminology.
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
