Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience through timely communication and a seamless application process.
- Track key recruiting metrics (KPIs) to optimize recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the software or IT sector.
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
- Strong network of engineering and product professionals in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
