Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from pipeline building to closing offers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking and social media engagement.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
