Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies on LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and potential.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing channels to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (IT/Engineering focus).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical stack requirements.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
