Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing technical candidates.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate personas.
- Conduct effective phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage job postings across various platforms and optimize for local visibility in Minnesota.
- Negotiate offers and drive the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition (SaaS, Tech, or Finance preferred).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on results.
- Must be located in or willing to work in Minneapolis, MN.
