Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, and Offer Negotiation.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Manage candidate communication through the entire hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and update job postings.
- Attend career fairs and industry events to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and technical domains (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
