Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for current and future open technical positions.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and technical teams efficiently.
- Providing regular feedback to hiring managers and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurately.
- Collaborating with the team to develop creative sourcing strategies and improve recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles within a reasonable timeframe.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours and manage time independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
