Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates for technical roles.
- Utilize social media platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, Indeed) to source talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule face-to-face interviews for walk-in applicants.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical recruiting or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
