Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Lead a team of 5-7 sales representatives through coaching and mentorship
- Build and maintain key client relationships in Fort Worth metro area
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Drive adoption of new CRM systems and sales technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets ($500K+ annually)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
