Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct virtual/in-person interviews with candidates on Saturdays and Sundays
- Source and screen qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Develop strategic recruitment plans for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools
- Facilitate candidate onboarding and orientation processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical or healthcare recruitment experience
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever preferred)
- Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment processes
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly hiring targets
- Professional certification (CPSM, CIR, or SHRM-CP) a plus
